All 1:1 sessions are designed to bring a a breakthrough in one area of your life. For me I define a “breakthrough” as increased clarity or healing; that feeling of another piece of the puzzle clicking. I choose to focus on one breakthrough in each session as I have found on my own journey that to focus on one piece of the puzzle; to be present with it and to integrate it is the key to true embodiment. I work with your Soul to direct me to what is needed most in this moment. What piece of information will bring about the most change for you now? Where can you up-level the most in this moment?
